The company services mainly public, commercial, industrial and residential market. Sqimntwana Projects prides on challenges and complex projects. We aim to deliver the highest quality of workmanship and client satisfaction – both equally important to the Sqimntwana Projects’ philosophy.
We strives to conduct business fairly, honestly and with consideration to the long-term needs of all our stakeholders i.e. clients, employees, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers.

What We Offer
Sqimntwana Projects is a fully licensed & certified construction company. As a CEO and a black woman in this field I have had to go through the hardest of challenges just to get this company up and running. The vision of this company is to enrich mostly the employees and provide job opportunities. In South Africa, at least 3million graduates are unemployed, and one of the values of Sqimntwana Projects is to ensure we eradicate this before 2025.
Sqimntwana Projects is a grade 4CE company and we boast of also being GB (general building), SL (steal work) certified. What this means is we are able and capable of working in the wide scope of the construction industry. We contributie meaningfully in this space by creating employment and opportunities for women in this male dominated industry.
The key players for Sqimntwana Projects are our valued and integral stakeholders, the employees. They have played a pivotal role in ensuring that our contracts that we have, are serviced with high quality standards, health and safety protocols followed in all our sites. Further to this, they are the backbone of this company and this is seen when the projects are completed.
I as the CEO and Chairperson of the board, giving direction for the organization with the help of other board members who play an important role in Sqimntwana Projects. Our general manager who ensures that the strategy of Sqimntwana Projects is realised both top-down and bottom up.
